This book is filled with the wonderful places in the Valley Forge and Phoenixville area of Pennsylvania that are considered to be haunted.  It is filled with the rich stories behind the ghosts and a must have for anyone heading in that direction that has an interest in the paranormal.

My favorite is the story of Charlestown Cemetery and the story of Dr. Samuel Kennedy.  It is remarkable the way that she tells you about how she investigated all of these places.  She pulls you in from the beginning and keeps you gulping with each new place and story.  But this one is my favorite.  I love how she expresses her doubt and what happened to change her mind.

Her imagery is so vivid and it helps that she includes pictures that her photographer husband took.  When I do get to Pennsylvania, Ms. Roseberry's book will be making the trip with me.  I would love to visit at least one of the many places that she talks about!

King Arthur has actually returned to his home planet of Avalon by Queen Vivian and Merlin and lives happily in his castle, Came-a-lot.  Setting out on a campaign to find both virgins and dragons, Arthur agrees to let his wardrobe guardian's three unmarried daughters stay at the castle while they are gone.  He is hoping that one of them will prove a virtuous bride for his son Gareth.

Chrysanthemum proves to be exactly what father and son are looking for, a virgin who indeed captures the heart of the young prince.  But not everyone is happy about the match.  The Queen is not about to let her son marry a commoner and will do whatever is necessary to stop it.  Then the king and his knights are captured and held hostage by the dragon Percival.  A plot is underfoot in Avalon and who knows what will happen before the dust is settled.

Chrysanthemum is a wonderful twist to the King Arthur tales.  I love the way the author makes it her own and shares with the reader the "real" story of what happened long ago.  The character names are hysterical and had me laughing all the way through the story.  The love scenes are pretty hot and definitely kept the blood flowing.  I can't say enough about this story or this author who has definitely won over a new fan.  Anny Cook has a wickedly delightful imagination and I for one can't wait to read the next book she pens.

Tash is escorting her grandmother home to Australia for a brief trip in Hot Down Under when she indulges in a vacation fling with a sexy fireman, or as they say in Aussie, firie.  Mick Donovan is everything that she desires and he brings out the woman that she has always wanted to be.  But can they make it last longer than a fling?

Tricia is known as Hurricane Lundsford in All Fired Up, a reason why she has been gone for so long from the small town that she grew up in.  But now she's back and falling hard for the sexy new fire chief, Nick Howard.  But can they survive small town gossip?  Or even worse, Tricia's innate clumsiness.

Carmen Harte is back home as well in Fighting Fire and planning on reopening her uncle's bar The Lucky Hart.  She is fresh from a bad divorce and done with men.  Until the fire chief shows up for a safety inspection and it is none other than former classmate and secret crush Brent Sommers.  When a faulty door leaves them locked together over night in her office it is the start of a sexually satisfying arrangement.  Or could it be more for both of them?

The Firefighters is a must have collection for fans of erotic romance.  Each story is scorching hot and spell binding in their own rights but put them together and it is practically jumping off the shelf screaming buy me!  And boy is it worth it.  Rarely do I read an anthology where I enjoy all of the books.  Often there is at least one that I'm either iffy on or just don't like and wouldn't have bought on its own.  But that is not the case with these three impressive authors.  I am quickly becoming a fan of all three and Aphrodisia Books as well.  So the next time you are searching for a hot erotic read just pick up a copy of The Firefighters and let it put our your flame.
