The
Ancient World By Linda
Morelli Historical
Editor While most historical books center on more current history,
I’ve noticed a trend toward ancient history, even within the romance
genre. So, this time around, I thought
I’d provide some links on the ancient world.
Enjoy! Ancient

site covers not only the Roman emperors, but also important Roman battles. Mr. Donn’s

Ancient Links (http://dir.yahoo.com/Arts/Humanities/History/By_Time_Period/Ancient_History/) Lots of links here. The links I’ve listed above are just a start. As always, if you’re doing research on a
specific civilization or era, try doing a “Google.com” search on that
topic. For instance, “Women’s History
Ancient” would bring up Women’s
History from the About.com site, which has multiple links regarding women’s
status in ancient history, the goddesses of ancient Greece, Rome, Egypt,
etc. Have fun
surfing! Linda
